Terms of Use

Welcome to The Perlowitz Show (perlowitz.app). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

An entertainment & community site

The Perlowitz Show is primarily an entertainment and community platform — featuring vlogs, a local business directory, Shnayim Mikra, community updates, raffles, games, and related content. Everything here is provided for general interest, community benefit, and enjoyment.

Content standards & our discretion

We reserve the right, at our own prerogative and sole discretion, to review, edit, decline, remove, hold, or disqualify any content, business listing, post, status, advertisement, submission, comment, or raffle entry — including, among other reasons, on the basis of religious and Torah sensitivities, appropriateness for our community, or any other reason we deem fit — at any time, with or without notice, and without any obligation to explain. Participation in any feature of the site is a privilege extended at our discretion, not a right.

No warranties & no responsibility

The site and all of its content — including business listings, advertisements, prices, descriptions, user submissions, and any information or links — are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because this is primarily an entertainment site, we do not independently verify, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any business, product, service, advertiser, submission, or third-party content featured or linked here.

Any dealings, transactions, or communications you have with a business, advertiser, or other user are solely between you and them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Perlowitz Show, its owners, operators, and staff assume no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim of any kind arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything found on it.

Raffles, games & prizes

Raffles, giveaways, games, and prizes are offered and run entirely at our discretion, and may be changed, postponed, or cancelled at any time. Eligibility, entry rules, and winner selection are determined by us. Winners may be contacted using the information on their account. Void where prohibited.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity on your account. Please do not misuse the site, post unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content, impersonate others, or interfere with the site's operation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
